David Cook established his own practice 1987 in Keighley.

The Clinic is a private, independent clinic accepting self-referrals for assessment and treatment.
The Clinic also takes referrals from local G.P. and Orthopedic Consultants based at Airedale General Hospital, Yorkshire Clinic and Gisburn Park.

Our staff provide expert assessment and treatment for Muscular skeletal injuries. We also have a network of top Consultants with who we liaise for assisting in Management of injuries. Linking rehabilitation of injury with general fitness the Clinic refers patients to Workouts Gym where general fitness and exercise advice can be continued.

In industry the Clinic has contracts with Morrison’s and Yorkshire Electric.
As physiotherapist at the Alhambra Theatre, Bradford, David has had contracts treating the cast of many productions including Cats, Les Miserables, Joseph, and Phantom to mention just a few.
The Clinic is an Accredited, Physio First Centre and members of OCPPP. All staff are actively involved in maintaining postgraduate education as part of maintaining high standards of care fore our patients

The clinic is contracted with the Airedale Primary Care Trust providing assessment and treatment for some local GP practices.
