Your First Visit

At your first visit your Physio will carry out a full and thorough assessment of the condition for which you are seeking help. This involves asking questions about your pain, difficulties you may have with normal activities in daily life or related to your sport or recreation. Observation of your movement or the ‘feel’ of your movement will be carried out. This information is helpful in formulating and personalising your treatment programme. It is also used as a measure of your progress.
