At your first visit your Physio will carry out a full
and thorough assessment of the condition for which you
are seeking help. This involves asking questions about
your pain, difficulties you may have with normal activities
in daily life or related to your sport or recreation.
Observation of your movement or the ‘feel’
of your movement will be carried out. This information
is helpful in formulating and personalising your treatment
programme. It is also used as a measure of your progress.

- Acute low back and neck pain

- knee and hip replacement, cartilage or ligament
repair for knee and ankle.
Repetitive strain injury

- specific "first aid" treatment of injury,
ongoing treatment and rehabilitation.
- individual rehabilitation programme.
After thorough assessment to ascertain problems they
may be treated using the following techniques:-
- Manipulation and mobilisation
- Massage techniques
- Traction
- Exercise
- Electrical treatments - to assist pain relief and
optimize healing.
We keep normal office hours but also we are available
in the evenings and at weekends.
Treatments are by appointment at a mutually convenient
time. Early, prompt correct advice and treatment will
resolve injuries and complaints much sooner and help
to manage and prevent further recurrences.

Patients claiming through medical insurances have a
small surcharge levied per treatment.
We are registered as otherised providers for example
BUPA, PPP, and WPA etc., along with Hospital Funds,
