We use this as rehabilitation for injuries and to help with prevention and self-management of injuries.

Pilates is a specific system of exercises that aims to address the muscle imbalances that occur as a result of injury or work practices and postures that occur in our busy everyday lives. It improves posture and movement and helps improve:-

  • back strength and endurance
  • neck injury (whiplash)
  • body awareness and posture
  • increasing flexibility
  • relaxation and distressing
  • pre and post natal health

Class sizes are small to ensure important individual attention from instructors.

We offer private one-to-one Pilates tutoring, Beginners, General Level Matwork Classes for Intermediate and Advanced, suiting individual needs. Please contact us for details.
